Sep 11th, PowerUp 2026: Prof. Hidalgo-Gonzalez and her students, Martin Staadecker, Paul Serna-Torre and Adam Sedlak, give a talk in the PowerUp Conference held in University of Colorado, Boulder.
Prior to REAM Lab’s presentations, professor Gabriela Hug and her student Desai Maitraya, both from ETH Zurich, presented Hermes, an open-source package for simulation of electromagnetic transient dynamics of power systems. Next, Martin presented Pyoframe, a Python package for optimization; and Paul and Adam presented STING, an open-source toolbox for the modeling and simulation of electrical power systems. They also joined a delicious dinner organized by professor Patricia, professor Gabriela, and other professors.
